At EZHAAR, every fabric is crafted with precision and care. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of embroidered and designer fabrics, we dont have a return or exchange policy due to the nature of the product.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
- The product delivered does not match the order placed
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and unaltered
- In its original condition with all tags and packaging intact
- Reported within 48 hours of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order fabrics
- Fabrics that have been cut, stitched, washed, or altered
- Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or incorrect)
Return Request Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order with:
- Order ID
- Clear images or video showing the issue
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the return process.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned product
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refund processing may take 7–10 business days
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be initiated
Shipping for Returns
- If the return is approved due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), return shipping will be borne by EZHAAR
- For all other approved returns, shipping charges are non-refundable
Important Notes
- Minor variations in color, texture, or embroidery are natural characteristics of handcrafted fabrics and do not qualify as defects
